With our clients who are completely new to personal training you can be sure we’ll be prescribing walk fitness in Hackney’s open spaces as part of their weekly physical activity plan, which we give all new starters to see them through the initial 4 weeks.

Hackney Festival Of Fitness – 17-19 May 2019
Are you ready to move your body and get that festival feeling? A 3-day fitness extravaganza – The Hackney Festival Of Fitness – is coming to Hackney Marshes early this Summer to coincide with the Hackney Half Marathon (which some of our personal training clients are braving). We’re definitely heading down to cheer them on. If you’re already signed up to the half marathon and prefer a more manageable distance, we recommend the Community 5k, more details below and grab your tickets here.

6am to 8am might not be peak hours for a children’s playground on Hackney Down’s but it suits us just fine for outdoor personal training.
